- Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational and corporate positions (riders, warehouse staff, drivers, clerks, supervisors, etc.)
- Conduct high-volume and field recruitment for hubs and branches
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower needs and deployment timelines
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and community channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and endorse qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews and assist with final selection and job offers
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, medical, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment standards and policies
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Support manpower planning and urgent hiring needs
- Build and maintain a pool of active candidates for future hiring
