As an Instructional and Graphic Design Intern, you will help design educational materials and digital media that support our workplace inclusion training programs. This role offers hands-on experience combining creative design with instructional strategy to produce impactful learning content.

• Develop visual and instructional content for training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Assist in designing slide decks, infographics, and digital course materials.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and training teams to align content with learning objectives.
• Ensure materials are visually engaging, user-friendly, and brand-consistent.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.
