1. Design and implement business APIs (transactions, payments, authentication, signing systems, etc.)
2. Proficient in databases, caching, asynchronous tasks, etc.
3. Familiar with design patterns and capable of designing and implementing high-concurrency, high-availability architectures
3. Proficient in Go; experience with Node.js backend is a plus
4. Experience with payment systems and asset account systems is preferred
