1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2 years of Flutter development experience.
2. Proficient in the Flutter framework architecture and development workflow, familiar with Dart, and experienced in multi-platform adaptation.
3. Skilled in front-end engineering and component-based development methodologies, with a strong ability to accurately translate interface designs.
4. Familiarity with spec-kit and Openspec tools; proficiency is a plus.
5. Demonstrated ability to independently resolve technical issues, with strong communication, collaboration skills, and a sense of responsibility.
