Job Description

Responsible for the front-end development of the company’s web applications, ensuring technical implementations align with business objectives.

Lead the design and implementation of front-end technical solutions, including but not limited to architecture design and performance optimization.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and back-end teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Continuously track front-end technology trends, evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance the team’s technical capabilities.

Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, improving the team’s overall technical proficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.

Over 5 years of web front-end development experience, with proficiency in the React/Next.js technology stack.

Deep understanding of front-end business architecture design, capable of architecting scalable and maintainable front-end systems.

Extensive experience in front-end performance optimization, including but not limited to code splitting, lazy loading, and server-side rendering.

Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and networking.

Strong problem-solving skills, proactive in identifying and resolving business and technical issues.

High sense of responsibility and strong team spirit, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good written and spoken English skills, able to read English technical documentation and communicate with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in front-end development of large-scale web applications or complex systems.

In-depth knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or other fintech domains.
