Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to support the finance team in preparing financial reports, managing financial data, and providing insight for decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis skills, an understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear, actionable way.
Key Responsibilities:
-Financial Reporting:
-Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
-Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
-Review financial transactions and assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
-Assist in preparing and filing financial reports for audits.
Financial Data Management:
-Maintain and update financial records, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and backed by appropriate documentation.
-Monitor daily cash flows and ensure sufficient liquidity.
-Track and reconcile accounts payable/receivable, expenses, and other financial transactions.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
-Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets and forecasts.
-Help create financial models to guide decision-making and optimize business operations.
Collaboration & Support:
-Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insight and support for their initiatives.
-Support senior financial managers and executives with various financial projects and tasks.
-Assist in implementing best practices for financial management and reporting.
Qualifications:
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
-Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
Experience:
-Minimum of [2] years of experience in a financial assistant or financial reporting role.
-Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data management.
-Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
Skills & Competencies:
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
-Strong time management and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
