Must-Have Qualifications (please review carefully):

1. Technical Requirements (non-negotiable):

• Intel i5 10th Gen (non-U) or Ryzen 5 3000+
• Dedicated Nvidia graphics card
• Windows 10 with 8GB RAM
• Wired internet connection with 25 Mbps minimum speed

2. Availability:

• Must be available to teach during peak hours (7 PM–11 PM / 12 AM–4 AM PHT)

3.Language & Teaching Experience:

• C2-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
• TEFL/TESOL certificate
• Minimum 6 months ESL teaching experience (online preferred, but classroom/OJT/BPO training experience welcome)

Alternative Teaching Backgrounds We Welcome:
