Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and operational efforts. This role blends hands-on digital marketing execution with data management and light executive assistance. The ideal candidate is analytical, dependable, and comfortable working remotely with a North American team.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns (list management, scheduling, QA, performance tracking)
• Assist with campaign optimization using open rates, CTRs, and conversion data
• Maintain accurate and clean marketing databases and CRM records

Data Management & Reconciliation

• Perform data procurement, cleansing, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ensure accuracy across marketing, sales, and operational datasets
• Prepare summaries and insights for internal stakeholders

Social Media Management

• Schedule and publish content across designated social media platforms
• Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics
• Coordinate with leadership on content priorities and messaging

Executive & Administrative Support (Occasional)

• Provide light executive assistant support (calendar coordination, follow-ups, documentation)
• Assist with internal organization, task tracking, and ad hoc requests

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, operations, or a similar hybrid role
• Strong experience with email marketing platforms and HubSpot CRM systems
• Excellent data management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Strong written English communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting executives or leadership teams
• Familiarity with marketing automation or analytics tools
• Background working with North American companies or EST hours
