Key Responsibilities

- Rank and maintain Top 2 GMB positions in our suburb

- Optimize GMB listings (posts, keywords, reviews, photos, updates)

- Set up and manage Meta Ads for local targeting

- Generate local leads and calls

- Track and report basic performance (rankings, leads, spend)

Requirements:

- Proven experience ranking local GMB listings

- Experience running Meta Ads for local businesses

- Strong understanding of local SEO

- Results-driven and reliable

- Ability to work independently

Industries/Niches (Good to have):

- Solar

- HVAC / Air Conditioning Systems

- Landscaping (specific service to be provided)

- Renovations
