Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

• Manage, optimize, and monitor paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring strong performance and ROI.

• Set up campaigns using custom conversions and work with the digital team to install and verify website trackers.

• Conduct testing, monitor Spend and ROAS per campaign, and prepare performance reports.

• Analyse audience data for segmentation, including interest-based, competitor URL-based, and retargeting campaigns.

• 2+ years of experience in digital campaign management with a strong focus on Meta Ads, plus experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

• Familiarity with creative optimization and ad fatigue management.

• Proficient with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
