AI Trainer/ Engineer - Ongoing Contract Position

Athena Networks is seeking an experienced AI Trainer/ Engineer for an ongoing contract role to support our growing team.

The Work

• Building custom solutions for our business clients
• Develop and refine AI training datasets, ensuring data quality and relevance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI model performance.
• Implement content moderation strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop APIs to facilitate integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of language models (LLM) in real-time applications.

You Should Have

• 1-3 years experience in AI training and development
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Ollama for model training.
• Experience with API development for AI solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously on contract basis
• Clear understanding of API development
• Proficiency in LLM, Python, Ollama and other API training
• Proven ability to analyse user needs and implement technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Be able to work in Australian time zone (GMT+10:00)
• Able to provide proof of past work and knowledge of the code (no vibe/AI coders!)
• Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to compliance in content development.
