If you’re experienced in customer support and have the drive to deliver “ridiculously good” service, this role is perfect for you.

As part of the International Food Delivery Campaign, you’ll provide top-tier voice support to international customers ordering through global delivery platforms.

You’ll manage inquiries, payments, refunds, and delivery updates while ensuring every customer interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Atleast 1 year of BPO experience or customer-facing experience (voice preferred)
• Completed 2 years of college education, associate, or vocational program
• Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps (wired connection preferred)
• Must be residing within the City of Cagayan de Oro
• Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules and holidays
