- Engage with customers to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- No Mock Call, No Versant needed — Fully Virtual Process until Job Offer
