Who You Are

• A student from a Polytechnic, ITE, or University in Singapore
• Outgoing, proactive, and passionate about helping peers grow their careers
• Connected within your school community (e.g. clubs, student councils)
• Able to commit a few hours weekly for planning and event execution
• Prior experience in leadership roles or organising events is a plus

• Promote Bossjob to fellow students through word-of-mouth, content sharing, and on-campus presence.
• Organise Campus Activities (e.g. job matching events, career talks, workshops)
• Collaborate with Employers on student-focused activations
• Refer Students to join Bossjob as jobseekers or internship seekers
• Provide Campus Insights to help us improve student engagement
