• Responsible for leading and managing the R&D team to ensure the timely delivery of customized project back-end module development, data middle platform, data integration and business management system projects.
• Responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of the company's projects
• Complete the module design and implementation according to the project requirements and functions.
• Write high-quality code to ensure the scalability and maintainability of the software
• Keep track of the latest developments in related technical fields and introduce new technologies and tools to the team.
• Responsible for system development participation, technical research, team code review, fault handling, feasibility demonstration, and architecture design.

Qualifications:

• Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in computer and software engineering,fluent both in Chinese and English.
• At least 5 years of experience in Go language development, proficient in the programming paradigm, structure and syntax of Go language.
• Familiar with HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS proxy protocol.
• Familiar with Redis, MySQL and other storage technologies, able to design efficient data storage solutions.
• Have good code specifications and document writing skills, and have a strong team spirit.
• Familiar with iOS systems, able to perform performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience in high concurrency high availability and distributed system development is preferred.
