Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in auto body repair.
• Skills and Competencies: Experience with Compression Molding Process, Sand Casting Process, Blister Process, Hand Welding, and Assembly Process.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow detailed repair procedures and work independently.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Working Conditions: Ability to work in a workshop environment, adhering to safety protocols.
