We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing team and help drive our clients' success across Facebook and Instagram.


As a Meta Ads Specialist at Flexiwork Services, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns. You'll play a key role in developing ad strategies, analyzing performance data, and creating campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with our clients’ objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to meet KPIs.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic ad plans based on client goals, market research, and data insights.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize Meta’s audience insights and custom audience tools to reach and engage the right target groups.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and ad copy that align with campaign objectives.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing A/B tests to optimize ad performance and identify high-performing variations.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Reporting: Provide clients and stakeholders with regular performance reports and insights into campaign progress and success.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Audience Insights, and Google Analytics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey data-driven insights and collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Creative Eye: Ability to work with creative teams and provide feedback on ad creatives to enhance engagement.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with campaign tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity in client communications.
