Staff Meal/Meal Allowance
- Prepare/review monthly accounts, journal entries, supporting schedules, and submit quarterly report presentations with variance analysis.
- Prepare/review payments and invoices, including inter-company transactions and employee claims.
- Manage cash flow forecasts, fixed deposits, and bank account administration.
- Compile and submit government financial statistical surveys/data and regulatory returns/surveys to the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties, such as internal and external auditors, corporate and GST tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents. This includes managing the annual audit process, which involves preparing the audited financial statements and schedules required by auditors and agents.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects, including UAT and the implementation of new system plans.
