Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to manage and grow key accounts within the cosmetics industry. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate has strong experience in beauty or FMCG account management and a deep understanding of the Philippine cosmetics market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent revenue growth
• Develop account strategies, sales plans, and forecasts aligned with company objectives
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling negotiations, contracts, and commercial discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and campaign execution
• Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular business reviews and reports
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and recommend expansion strategies
• Ensure timely collection, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies
• Resolve account-related issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry
• Proven experience handling key or strategic accounts
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with the Philippine retail and distribution landscape
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with beauty retailers, distributors, or cosmetic brands
• Knowledge of trade marketing and product launches
• Strong presentation and reporting skills
• Fluent in English and Tagalog
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig
