岗位职责：
- 负责公司核心业务测试工作；
- 协同产品经理、研发团队交付高质量的产品；
- 完善研发过程中质量问题的发现机制，提升测试效率等。
任职要求：
- 熟练掌握杠杆交易以及合约交易相关业务；
- 具备测试基本技能，包含但不限于：
- 需求分析、用例编写、case执行、bug提交、问题修复跟进以及项目进度推进；
- 责任心强，善于沟通表达，能够和产品以及研发一起协作推进项目落地；
- 能够通过制定流程标准或技术手段给整个产研团队进行赋能。
