COMPANY PROFILE: An IT Company Service that offers customer service, sales, marketing, inventory logistics, or finance. They deliver a range of services from premium tech support to analytics to IoT-based solutions.


Position: Japanese IT Helpdesk Support

Company Industry: IT Company/BPO Company

Work Location: McKinley, Taguig

Salary: Php 120,000 - 140,000

Work Schedule: Night Shift (will follow US hours)

Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-Up (2 days onsite per week; can be once a week or twice a month onsite, depending on the employee’s performance)

Start Date: Next Week (Last week of January or First week of February 2026)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • JLPT N1 - N2 Passer or Level (No Certificate Required)
  • Open to Japanese Nationals with PH Recognition or Permanent Visa (13A)
  • Must have good Japanese and English communication skills
  • Must have technical support experience with a background in SaaS (Software as a Service or Internet Service)
  • Account to be handled will be Security Cameras and Software
  • Customer service experience with basic troubleshooting is also welcome to apply
  • Must have a background in any customer service industry in a BPO
  • Can work in a hybrid set-up in McKinley, Taguig City


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resolve complex platform and hardware issues related to cloud-based automation and remote monitoring systems for the customers
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers or clients on the setup, configuration, and integration of the software.
  • Maintain precise records of technical cases, diagnostic steps, and resolutions while providing transparent updates to the team leader
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure seamless platform adoption and operational success for business partners
  • Perform other related tasks needed
