About the Role:

The Software Engineer (Mid-Level) will directly report to the IT Manager and is responsible for software development, coding, and building scalable, high-quality applications. The role involves developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless system integration to support the company’s technological growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop software applications: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java, Python, PHP, and Laravel Framework, including API development.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with project managers and the IT Manager to define and implement new features and functionalities.

● Troubleshoot and debug: Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in the codebase.

● Code review and quality assurance: Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

● Database management: Design, implement, and maintain databases and data structures (SQL/NoSQL as needed).

● Testing and documentation: Write unit tests and integration tests, ensuring comprehensive technical documentation for the codebase.

● Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively suggest process and tool enhancements.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.

● At least 3 years of experience in software development, project coordination, or IT project management.

● Proficient in Java, Python, PHP, and the Laravel Framework, with experience in API development.

● Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

● Ability to deliver quality outputs within deadlines.
