İş tanımı
1. 負責社媒與社群矩陣（Twitter/X、Telegram、Facebook、Instagram 等）的整體營運、內容策劃與執行；
2. 拓展並維護 KOL、媒體、社群等合作資源，推動品牌聲量和用戶增長；
3. 策劃並組織線上活動（AMA、Space、Campaign 等），提升用戶參與度與黏性；
4. 監測與分析營運數據，輸出總結與優化方案，不斷提升社媒與社群的影響力；
5. 結合市場熱點，及時產出內容與活動，保持品牌在社群內的高活躍度。
要求
1. 至少 3 年加密貨幣行業相關經驗，對加密文化和社群生態有深刻理解；
2. 2 年以上社交媒體及社群營運經驗，具備獨立策劃與落地執行的能力；
3. 英文可作為工作語言，具備良好的跨文化溝通能力；
4. 對加密市場趨勢敏感，具備創造性思維與內容把控能力；
5. 熱愛加密行業，具備結果導向思維和強執行力。
