We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP Manager Expert to lead SAP pre-sales and bid management activities. This role focuses on driving successful SAP proposals, solution architecture, and client engagements that contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SAP technologies, extensive pre-sales experience, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Bid Management & Proposal Development

• Lead end-to-end management of SAP-related RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
• Analyze customer requirements and design tailored SAP solutions.
• Prepare and review proposals, solution blueprints, pricing models, and compliance matrices.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and delivery teams for inputs and approvals.

Solutioning & Architecture

• Design high-level SAP solution architectures (R/3, S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP, Cloud offerings, etc.).
• Recommend suitable SAP modules, platforms, and integrations.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and bid defenses.
• Partner with SAP account managers, OEMs, and delivery teams in solution discussions.
• Present SAP solutions with a value-based, consultative approach.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Monitor SAP market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
• Provide insights to enhance win rates and strengthen the organization’s SAP solution offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in pre-sales, bid management, or client-facing consulting.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and architectures (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, Analytics Cloud).
• Proven success in developing SAP proposals and leading RFP responses.
• Experience with industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, public sector) preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP partner ecosystems and licensing models is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Amenable to work on a hybrid setup in Taguig and a mid-shift schedule.
• Stable work history (no frequent job changes).
