- Keep track of overall sales performance to make sure everything runs smoothly and transactions are processed quickly.
- Stay in regular contact with sales reps to share useful information that helps them meet their targets.
- Manage the sales incentive program to reward achievements through promotions or bonuses.
- Provide sales teams with tools, scripts, and guides to help them during client interactions.
- Research new strategies to grow both sales and the customer base.
- Create and present regular sales reports to help leadership make informed decisions.
- Create yearly operational plans tailored to the specific region.
- Category and Channel Activation
- Plan and manage the launch of new products with customers, ensuring they go to market smoothly.
- Develop business growth programs to improve performance in the field.
- Closely track activation efforts and adjust plans as needed to reach targets.
