Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
• With at least 5 years of experience in Order to Cash
• Amendable to work in a night shift schedule
• Amendable to work on site in Naga
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead order management, invoicing, credit reviews, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application activities
• Ensure timely, accurate processing in compliance with SLAs, internal controls, and client requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve operational issues and support continuous, end-to-end workflow.
• Oversee daily process activities and manage communications with clients, customers, and third-party partners
• Oversee daily operations and stakeholder communications, deliver customer-focused service, manage escalations
