About the role

RDC Painting Services has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Safety Officer to join our growing team in Antipolo City, Rizal. This full-time role will support project quality and safety implementation on-site, ensuring compliance with company standards, project specifications, and occupational health and safety requirements.

What you'll be doing

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and project specifications
• Inspect materials and workmanship and document inspection results
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports and records

Safety & Compliance

• Implement and monitor site safety policies and procedures
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and site safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and management on quality and safety concerns
• Prepare progress, inspection, and safety-related reports
• Maintain accurate quality and safety documentation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• With COSH certification
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 6 months to 1 year experience in construction is an advantage
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, site inspections, and safety implementation
• Familiarity with construction standards and safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work on-site and available to start ASAP
