岗位职责：
1、负责公司web3工具类产品推广，吸引更多用户注册并使用产品。
2、参与和组织拉新活动，提升用户增长效率。
3、定期发布产品信息、活动通知及用户福利，提升用户参与度。
4、提出有创意的用户拉新方案，并付诸实践。
5、与用户保持密切沟通，收集用户反馈和需求。
Masbate 目前提供的兼职岗位，薪资结算采用 PoW（工作量证明）模式，有两种结算方式可供选择：
- 固定薪酬+提成：每周固定薪酬 50U，外加 20% 的提成奖励。
- 全额提成：直推用户可获得 30% 提成，间接推荐（即被推荐人再邀请的用户）可获得 20% 提成。
岗位要求：
1、对Web3和区块链有一定的了解，对Web3产品推广有浓厚兴趣。
2、具备一定的市场营销知识，熟悉社交媒体营销、内容营销等推广方式。
3、具备良好的沟通能力和执行力，推动项目进展。
4、具备创新思维，能够提出有创意的推广方案。
