- 3年以上金融/交易所产品经验，熟悉数字货币理财、矿池产品逻辑
- 有矿机理财、算力交易产品或交易所系统从0到1搭建经验者优先
-熟悉区块链技术原理（智能合约、钱包管理）、金融理财产品结构（如结构化理财、定活期理财）及矿池运作模式
- 英语口语流利，可对接海外团队或用户
