Responsibilities
Provide professional and efficient support to the BD team throughout every stage of the agent lifecycle, working closely with business development to supervise, manage, guide, monitor, improve, and track BD activities while offering expert recommendations. Responsible for implementing and optimizing regional user full-lifecycle management strategies: conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior data to accurately capture user needs and characteristics at different stages, then design and execute targeted operational initiatives to effectively boost key metrics—including but not limited to user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute periodic user campaigns in line with regional business objectives and user needs, ensuring smooth rollout across diverse market environments and user segments to achieve broad and precise outreach and participation.
- Gain deep insights into user behavior patterns and market trends to develop highly tailored campaign content that aligns with regional user profiles and channel attributes, fully addressing personalized user requirements and differentiated market competition, thereby enhancing campaign appeal and impact.
- Closely monitor campaign performance by tracking daily activity metrics and core KPIs, comprehensively organizing and interpreting related data. Apply scientific methods such as A/B testing to promptly adjust strategies and refine execution details, while precisely controlling costs to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Summarize past campaign experiences, productize campaign offerings, and establish standardized processes.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of market conditions and industry developments.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
- Over two years of experience in user operations or event operations; experience with overseas user campaigns is a plus.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) with solid skills in data cleaning, statistical analysis, and data visualization; capable of deriving actionable business recommendations and optimization plans from data.
- Deep understanding of user psychology and keen insight into user needs; able to design engaging and targeted operational strategies and campaigns that effectively enhance user participation and satisfaction.
- Excellent event planning and organizational skills, with hands-on experience in independently planning and executing various online and offline activities—from ideation and strategy development to implementation—ensuring desired outcomes.
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities and a strong team spirit; able to communicate efficiently and collaborate closely to drive project progress and achieve business goals.
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing) with strong oral skills; able to communicate fluently in an international environment and familiar with the cultural backgrounds and habits of overseas users, including frequent verbal interactions (meetings, calls) beyond written communication.
