Make crucial judgments about strategy, planning, and policy.
Create, put into effect, and evaluate operational policies and practices.
If necessary, aid HR with recruiting.

Control planning, reporting, auditing, and budgeting.

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of industry experience. Informal management/ team lead experience
Experience with operational development preferred
Experience working with clients of as vendor/BPO
Startup / rapid growth experience
Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience
