Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and monitor the company’s network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure connectivity
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot LAN and WAN networks
• Handle router, switch, and hub configuration and ongoing management
• Perform IPVPN and MPLS setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Plan and design network topology based on business requirements
• Support AWS connectivity and cloud network integration
• Ensure proper implementation of structured cabling standards
• Provide support and maintenance for telephony and communication systems, including VoIP
• Assist in resolving network-related incidents and performance issues
• Provide network support during Saturdays

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT-related course
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience.
• CCNA Certification is required
• Strong knowledge of network administration principles
• Experience in LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience in router, switch, and hub configuration and management
• Knowledge of IPVPN and MPLS connectivity
• Familiarity with AWS connectivity and cloud networking
• Understanding of structured cabling standards
• Knowledge of Avaya Telephony systems or other VoIP systems is an advantage
• Willingness to work on Saturdays
