The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical and medical products to a diverse range of clients, including general practitioners, hospitals, and pharmacies. This role requires strategic planning to increase awareness, drive product usage, and generate new business opportunities. The position plays a key role in achieving company sales objectives by building strong professional relationships and effectively presenting product benefits to clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Arrange appointments and visit prospective clients to present, negotiate, and promote products.
  • Conduct routine visits to hospitals and pharmacies to showcase product offerings.
  • Provide product samples and demonstrate their proper use and benefits.
  • Inform clients about pricing, warranty, nutritional value, side effects, and other relevant product details.
  • Deliver professional product presentations and respond to client inquiries.
  • Process orders and coordinate product reservations.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical professionals and support staff (e.g., receptionists, secretaries, or administrative aides).
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities.
  • Strive to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Develop and manage work schedules, weekly plans, and monthly timetables in coordination with the area sales team or manager.
  • Attend company meetings, training sessions, technical data presentations, and product briefings regularly.
