We are looking for an International Marketing Specialist to play a key role in scaling our operations across global markets, with a passion for AI, a deep understanding of user growth, and a knack for creating strong online and offline communities.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Global Operations: Take ownership of our global marketing efforts and spearhead the development and implementation of strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement in international markets.
• Build and Grow Online Communities: Cultivate and nurture relationships within AI-related communities and beyond, creating a strong brand presence and customer loyalty across social media platforms and forums.
• Influence Product Development: Use data and insights to inform the product roadmap, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of international users.

• Comfortable using data insights to inform marketing strategies and product decisions
• Experience with community feedback analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Deep understanding of international social platforms (Twitter/X, Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit)
• Experience building/managing online communities (AI/tech communities highly valued)
• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 0-3 years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns in diverse markets, with a focus on scaling operations in different geographies.
• Community Engagement Expertise: Familiarity with overseas social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Discord, Instagram, etc.) and a track record of engaging with online AI communities.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and cultures.
