Job Responsibilities

• Provide support for Configuration Items: incident resolution, enhancements, fixes, and tools development
• Maintain knowledge database and proactive management of workarounds
• Ensure timely resolution and communicate SLA risks
• Coordinate incident investigations across teams
• Execute and monitor ad hoc requests
• Deliver proactive support for early incident detection
• Participate in projects as Designer, Tester, or Implementer
• Communicate daily with internal and external customers via email, IM, or calls
• Coordinate with vendors for application issues
• Take on functional tasks and oversee areas as needed
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as instructed
