Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with KOLs in the Korean and English regions, including but not limited to campaign distribution, meeting coordination, query responses, etc.; facilitate daily communication and information exchange between the platform and KOLs, and independently resolve various work-related issues.

2. Address KOL inquiries on trading, platform features, products, and other topics; continuously follow up on KOL feedback and maintain effective communication.

3. Campaign operations: assist KOLs in designing customized campaigns to boost trading volume and achieve goals such as new user acquisition and activation.

4. Community operations: perform basic tasks including content editing, topic initiation, and query resolution to keep the community active.

5. Assist with other operational duties such as information review and user data collection and organization.

Requirements:

1. Overseas study experience; proficiency in Korean reading and writing; able to navigate foreign websites without barriers and communicate with overseas users.

2. Experience at an international cryptocurrency exchange; familiarity with crypto derivatives.

3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong adaptability.

4. Proactive with creative ideas; capable of problem-solving; able to embrace challenges and work under pressure.
