- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations and address employee concerns promptly.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage training programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills and excellent communication abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
