Key Responsibilities: • Maintain long-term, positive cooperative relationships with all clients and agents. • Actively seek new client resources and expand the agent network. • Assist clients and agents with account opening and account management issues. • Continuously conduct market research, analyze industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and promptly report updates to the company. • Regularly report business development progress and market analysis findings to management. • Build and lead a team to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), set monthly business KPIs for yourself and the team, and take accountability for team performance. —— Qualifications: • Proven experience in foreign exchange business development. • Familiarity with client acquisition strategies and execution capabilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
