- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the customer's complaints/problems.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
- College Undergraduate/ College Graduates
- With BPO experience (Collection account)
- Good English Communication Skills
- Amenable to work in night shift or shifting schedules
- Amenable to work onsite (cebu city)
