- 團隊監督：領導、指導並支持客戶服務代表團隊，以達成個人及團隊績效目標。
- 績效管理：監控關鍵績效指標，如回應時間、解決率、客戶滿意度及服務品質；提供回饋並進行輔導以促進改進。
- 培訓與發展：進行新進及進階培訓，以增強產品知識及客戶服務技能。
- 升級處理：管理及解決複雜或高優先權的客戶問題，確保及時且令人滿意的結果。
- 報告：編制並提交定期績效報告及洞察給管理層。
- 流程改進：識別趨勢、缺口及運營改進領域；提出建議並實施解決方案，以提升客戶體驗。
- 團隊投入：在部門內推動團隊合作、正面士氣及以客戶為先的文化。
- 合規：確保團隊遵守公司政策、流程及服務標準。
