職務内容
- チーム監督：カスタマーサービス担当者チームを率い、メンターとして指導・サポートを行い、個人およびチームの業績目標を達成します。
- パフォーマンス管理：応答時間、解決率、顧客満足度、サービス品質などのKPIを監視し、改善のためのフィードバックとコーチングを提供します。
- トレーニング＆開発：オンボーディングおよびリフレッシュ研修を実施し、製品知識と顧客対応スキルを向上させます。
- エスカレーション対応：複雑または優先度の高い顧客問題を管理・解決し、適時かつ満足のいく結果を保証します。
- レポーティング：定期的な業績報告書およびインサイトを作成し、経営陣に提出します。
- プロセス改善：傾向、ギャップ、業務改善の課題を特定し、顧客体験を向上させるソリューションを提案・実行します。
- チームエンゲージメント：部門内のチームワーク、ポジティブな士気、および顧客第一の文化を促進します。
- コンプライアンス：チームが会社の方針、手順、およびサービス基準を遵守することを確実にします。
