- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Document all interactions in the database.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
• High School Graduate / SHS Graduate / College Level with atleast 24mos BPO experience with 6mos TSR experience
• Amenable to Work Onsite and Start Asap
• Good to Excellent in communication skills
