Position Overview:

The Automotive Specialist serves as a subject-matter expert in automotive products and services, providing accurate information and exceptional support to customers. This role involves handling inquiries related to vehicle features, maintenance, troubleshooting, warranties, and service scheduling while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to automotive products and services
• Provide accurate information on vehicle features, specifications, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Assist customers with service appointments, warranty concerns, recalls, and roadside assistance inquiries
• Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system
• Follow company and client guidelines to meet quality and performance standards
• Escalate complex technical or service issues to appropriate teams when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive trends, products, and policies

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or higher
• Open to freshers; experience in customer service or automotive-related roles is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in automobiles and vehicle systems
• Willingness to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
• Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems
