Description
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare services.
- Provide assistance to clients in understanding their healthcare options.
- Accurately document and manage customer interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve client issues.
- Maintain records and update client information as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field/Second year college completed with 6 months Customer service WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience Level: 0-6 months ( NO BPO EXP required)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Working Conditions: Office environment in Alabang; standard working hours.
