Description
As a Customer Service Representative for our Insurance Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist clients with policy details and claims processing.
- Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
