Descripción

岗位职责：

1. 设计海外分层代理体系，推动全球用户裂变与大 R 转化

2. 优化海外代理裂变激励模型，兼顾增长效果及合规

3. 整合海外社交平台 / 本地化渠道资源，指导团队跑通代理裂变模式

4. 监控、分析裂变数据，动态调整返佣规则与运营策略；

岗位要求：

1. 2 年以上渠道裂变操盘经验，有海外市场成功案例优先

2. 能独立搭建合规代理体系，设计因地制宜的裂变分润逻辑

3. 具备高净值用户触达能力，擅长本地化社群运营

4. 了解 Web3 行业，可将国内经验迁移至海外 Token 经济

核心亮点：

- 纯海外市场项目，聚焦东南亚、拉美、俄罗斯、北美等增量赛道，成长空间大；

- 不依赖国内资源，更看重 “体系搭建方法论”，国内成功经验可直接复用；

英语流利web3相关经验运营经验
