Description

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Assist customers in navigating the website and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively addressing concerns.
  • Document all interactions in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple chats effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working Conditions: Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
