Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate product and service information via calls, emails, and live chat.

• Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and offer effective solutions or recommendations.

• Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.

• Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.

• Perfect written English without grammatical errors or typos

• Discipline to work efficiently as a remote team member

• Detail-oriented

• Customer service mindset that includes effective listening and patient communication
