- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Document calls and maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language, exceptional customer service abilities, and adept problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, using computers and phone systems, requiring multitasking and effective communication.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, attentive, and able to work under pressure.
