職務内容
リモートでインバウンドおよびアウトバウンドの電話を対応するコールセンターエージェントを募集しております。本ポジションでは、電話対応およびミーティングのスケジュール調整などの各種事務作業を行っていただきます。安定したインターネット接続およびコミュニケーションツールの使用経験が必要です。
- リードの特定およびライブ転送のため、インバウンドおよびアウトバウンドの通話を処理
- 見込み客の評価
- クライアントからの問い合わせへの対応
- 顧客用スプレッドシートの作成およびオンライン記録の管理
報酬
- 報酬: 時給2.84ドル（176時間の勤務につき月額500米ドル）
- インセンティブ: 月額最大500米ドル
- 残業: 176時間を超える分は別途支給
